Do not trust Joe at all. He continually strung me along and I always had to reach out to get an update. There was always one excuse or another. I was naive enough to pay in advance. After 3 months of my car never being worked on (he gave me an original estimate of 2 weeks), I tried to take him to court on this, but I don't ever expect to collect my money back. Eventually took my car to a reputable shop and they got it fixed within 2 weeks.
It’s shocking this place is still in business. The work is terrible and the owner is dishonest. Don’t believe any of the responses from him.
Joe is a liar????
Don’t ever bring your vehicle here. My coworkers insurance company sent him here to get his truck fixed. After many, many months and lots of excuses his truck is still busted.
