After making several appointments with this establishment which were canceled, I would not recommend clients for services at this establishment. Management offered no apologies for the inconvenience caused to the client, an indication of poor professionalism. Continued failure to take ownership and accountability consistently demonstrates competent leadership is lacking within this organization.

I highly recommend CC’s beauty institute if you are looking to obtain your license for nail technology. Mari and Ms.CC are industry professionals that help with the technical aspect of doing nails as well as familiarizing students with proper business practices and providing success strategies. The owner of CC Beauty Academy is a beautiful person. I love her determination and pursuance to make things happen and keep holding on to her dreams. Her vision expires others to be a great cosmetologist in today's industry.

I would have given zero Stars if I could. Do not enter the natural hair program. This program is a scam only offering a pretty little picture print it out certificate that you could do yourself. I did not get all of the hours that was offered to me. I missed one day of training and was not allowed to make it up. I was told I would have online classes logged in every week and there was nothing posted in there. I was told I would have a total of five Zoom classes I had to. I was given one book and was asked for that book back.... read more
