Great group of people. They are attentive and very helpful. They try very hard to accommodate you. Great service and variety of beautiful rvs. If they don't have it give them some time they will do there best to find.
Barry was extremely helpful and listened to all our needs and concerns! 10/10 recommend asking and speaking with him!
Would never buy an RV from here. Went to go grab some parts and other things to assist a friend. One of the sales people, Elisa if I over heard correctly, was running her mouth the whole time I was there. Completely bad mouthing her fellow co workers, assumedly behind their backs, and the Blue Compass name. Definitely going somewhere else from now on.
This company reassured me that if I sold my car I could use the money as a down payment for the RV. I sold the car had the money ready just for them to then deny me of financing I was very transparent about using the money from my car to finance an rv. I am not exaggerating whenever I say my interaction with this company left me homeless and without a vehicle.
Called to bring my 2026 North Point for leaks in the roof talked to some lazy lady who told me they don’t sell Northpoint so they can’t work on it. So took it to San Antonio were the service tech said they lie because by the time they present the repairs to the manufacturer it takes about 4 weeks. Sad spend a 100k and they turn u away. Don’t buy from Vlue Compass
