Someone posted a week ago about their negative experience with financial services-the same thing happened to me. I have left probably five voicemails over a week they refuse to return, or if they do return it, they skirt the subject, can’t answer questions, and are just purposely obtuse. I have been meaning to leave a review in regards to the unprofessionalism I’ve experienced with the Finance Team. For months I’ve requested invoices for the payments I’ve made out of pocket & they’ve refused to provide invoices stating what treatment I’ve received, the date of treatment & the total that I paid. The excuse is that insurance has not fully processed that claims, which has nothing to do with the out of pocket amount I paid upfront.
