Dr. Kummer and her team (Sandy, Jennifer) were outstanding. We felt care and compassion throughout our entire two year journey and we are so appreciative of the dedication to our case. We are elated to say we were successful in having a beautiful baby boy, and we are forever grateful to ACFS/CCRM.
We spent about 4 months with this clinic and, unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Calls often went unanswered, and when we did receive messages, they were unclear and unprofessional. At one point, we were left confused about next steps and were told, “whatever the doctor said I guess,” which was honestly shocking given the seriousness of fertility care. I had the consultation, and we are unable to use this company, which is fine - it happens . The doctors were nice The problem is they double charged my credit card with to explanation, I called multiple time asking for an answer with no return calls. You'll see in multiple reviews to call the number they give you and speak to the practice director - well it doesn't matter because they don't answer or return calls Then they charged me AGAIN over the weekend! We had a very disappointing experience with this clinic from start to finish. Over the course of a year, there were multiple issues that ultimately led us to seek care elsewhere. Blood draws were consistently difficult on several occasions, (I am type 1 diabetic and get my blood drawn every 3 months and have never had an issue, not once) both phlebotomists missed my vein multiple times, which was not only physically uncomfortable but also concerning from a clinical standpoint. Dr. Lipskind is the best doctor I have ever been under the care of. He is kind and empathetic when things get hard, and he helped bring my two beautiful boys into this world. We are forever grateful for Dr. Lipskind, his amazing nurses, and will continue to recommend him to everyone who is need of an extra hand through their infertility journey.
