Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them. Director Andrew Barker in my opinion is completely unprofessional and refuses to return phone calls. This facility holds embryos for my partner and we have been unable to transfer them due to inadequate documentation. We even have paperwork showing that he didn’t respond to the ATTORNEY GENERAL when reached out to regarding the issue and refused care to us to transfer the embryos that they hold. Keep being billed for stuff we have already paid, then when you call they don’t answer. DO NOT GO HERE, it’s a money pit scam!
The last two weeks I’ve been going through treatment for embryo freezing with Dr. Lipskind and his staff. Dr. Lipskind is clearly a knowledgeable and empathetic doctor and always took time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. The front office, MAs, nurses, and phlebotomists are fabulous too. My portal messages were answered extremely promptly as well. I was a client for quite some time, prepping for potential ivf or iui treatments, as I was unsure which route I wanted to go circa 2018. Fast forward to 2025 one divorce and one marriage later I found myself expecting. I was told to contact dr lipskind if I ever found myself pregnant naturally. They said they would confirm it and direct me to a high risk doctor (I who I had previously consulted with through acffs).
