While I really like Dr Abhari and Keara the PA (she's the best person there) I would be hesitant to recommend this office. The nurses and MAs are not super kind and welcoming as well as their admin team. Billing is an absolute nightmare and my home office is another CCRM clinic and I've seen billing does seamlessly. I had been waiting for a refund since 11/2025. I have been constantly reaching out to their billing specialist who takes forever to respond and then forever to follow through with what has been requested. I have ... read more
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with CCRM Newport Beach. From start to finish, every appointment was seamless, organized, and stress-free, which made such a difference during an already emotional journey. Dr. Abhari is truly fantastic—knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. I always felt heard and supported. "My husband and I recently had our first visit at the fertility center, and it was truly such a wonderful experience. Dr. Dilday was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel comfortable right from the start. We both absolutely loved her and are so happy she’ll be guiding us through this process. While we haven't officially started the medical side of our journey yet, we are glowing with excitement and looking forward to our miracle!
CCRM is a phenomenal clinic they have the best doctors, nurses and office team! They treat you like family, always welcoming you with a smile.
