My partner and I recently met with Dr. McKnight regarding fertility treatment options after my cancer journey. I just called CCRM to ask about embryo freezing, and the experience was so rude it was almost comical. I had actually been close to choosing this clinic because I live nearby. I went through all the information on their website, and while I could pay upfront, I’m not going to blindly sink $$$ without understanding my options. So I called to ask about scheduling a consultation with their “financial advisor” (as advertised on their website) to discuss self-pay discounts (also on their website) and other options as my workplace... read more

I had a good experience with CCRM overall even though my fertility journey here was short lived due to transferring over to another facility due to personal preferences. We are still awaiting for reimbursement for a service that was done over a month and a half ago that was covered by insurance and I do feel like I’ve had to be more proactive in communicating with the billing office rather than the other way around but overall the staff is nice, friendly and helpful.
