I don't write complaints like this often, but Lamaar needs to expand and hire more staff be the inconsistency with communication and lack of updates was irritating and having to reach out for updates days later after dropping my ps5 off is crazy to me. Had me waiting days unnecessarily for "parts" first it was the Liquid Metal which arrived late Sunday (the 14th). I took my son’s Xbox in because the HDMI port was damaged and needed to be replaced. Not only was the repair completed with a very fast turnaround (about one day), but the price was also very reasonable. They cleaned out the console while they had it apart and got everything working properly again. Fantastic work! Quick service! A dc input melted on the motherboard side and was smothered in melted plastic. Lamar cleaned it up for me and fixed the pins no problem. Picked up my laptop and was gaming 3 hours after dropping it off. All at an extremely reasonable price. As professional as it gets. Never wanna have these problems- but if you do- Lamar is definitely the guy to call.
