I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the way Lomar handled this situation, I feel other customers should know what happened. My husband trusted him with his laptop, and after the repair we discovered that it had additional issues. What disappointed me even more than the repair was Lomar’s attitude when we tried to address it. There was no professionalism or genuine attempt to resolve the situation. Lamar saved our laptop!
