She always helped me and answered all of my questions with so much patience and kindness. Helia, thank you so much for your support and professionalism. You are truly one of the best in this company, and I really appreciate everything you did for me.
I want to formally complain about this auto body shop’s conduct. After an accident, a tow truck company showed up at the scene without any call or authorization from me and brought my car directly to this body shop. While I was still in shock and under extreme stress from the accident, I was pressured to sign documents. Later, I was told I had to pay over $2,000 just to have my vehicle released. I honestly don’t even know where to start with CCRC. What was supposed to be a simple insurance repair turned into a complete nightmare. My car was sent there for body work through insurance, and somehow the whole situation got messy. The way the claim was handled caused serious issues with my insurance company, and my car ended up getting flagged.
