I had a positive experience with CCRC after my accident. The staff were professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process, always available to answer questions and provide updates. While the repair took slightly longer than expected and direct communication with the shop was occasionally limited, the team made clear efforts to keep things moving and assist when needed.🙏🏻
I had a very good experience with CCRC. They have a professional team, and their service and support are highly appreciated. Helia was especially helpful and kind—she made a stressful situation much smoother for me by handling all the arrangements for the rental car and insurance. They also repaired my car within the promised timeframe. I would absolutely recommend this place.
