Could be more forthcoming about long the fault would take to repair
After a previous bad experience purchasing a car elsewhere we were feeling quite jaded at the prospect of having to buy again. However the moment we set foot in CCR Motors to be greeted by Martin Baker, it was a pleasure. Martin is very professional with good, old fashioned levels of courtesy. He was so helpful, guiding us through buying a used Renault Captur. He gave us the confidence that this time we have purchased a good, honest car. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you Martin.
