Washing machine supply line let go while we were away for the weekend. Came home to standing water in two rooms of the finished basement and drywall already puffing up at the bottom. Called Complete Care that night, crew rolled in the next morning with a truck packed full of gear. They ran a moisture meter along the walls and showed us how high the water had climbed and how far it had crept under the carpet into the subfloor. Called Complete Care after our basement took on water from a sump pump failure. They extracted the water, pulled up the soaked carpet pad, and set up dehumidifiers for several days. Came back to check moisture readings before saying it was done. The whole space dried out properly.

Sump pump failed during a heavy rain and we ended up with standing water in the finished basement. They got here in a couple hours, pumped it out, and pulled up the wet padding before it could ruin the carpet above. Came back daily to check the drying. Saved us from a much bigger mess.

My water heater let go in the middle of the night and flooded half of the basement I called them at like 2am and someone answered. The crew was there before sunrise with the extraction equipment. They dried everything out over the next few days and kept checking moisture levels. Solid work.

We had significant water damage in our finished basement after a pipe burst while we were away for the weekend. By the time we got home, the carpet was soaked through and the drywall along the bottom of two walls was already warping. Complete Care came out and did a full water extraction - they pulled up the ruined carpet, cut out the damaged sections of drywall, and set up industrial drying equipment throughout the space.
