Called them after discovering water damage from a burst pipe in our kitchen. They came out the same day, assessed everything, and started drying right away. The process took about four days total.
water heater failed and dumped like 40 gallons across the utility room and into the hallway. carpet was soaked through and the drywall was already wicking water up from the floor. complete Care got there within a couple hours and started pulling wet carpet and running extraction equipment right away. they set up these big dehumidifiers for a few days and monitored the moisture levels before clearing everything. no mold issues after the fact which was my biggest concern going into it
had Complete Care do fire damage restoration after a kitchen fire messed up a good chunk of the first floor. they stripped out all the damaged material, cleaned the smoke residue off everything that was salvageable and got rid of that horrible burnt smell. walls and ceiling look clean again, no discoloration left behind. took about a week and a half which seemed pretty quick considering how bad it looked. the kitchen is actually usable again now
