Nobody is at their best when there is water coming through a ceiling, and Complete Care Water Damage Restoration seemed to understand that. Flood cleanup in a commercial unit where every hour we stay closed costs us. Somebody got out to us quickly and had the standing water dealt with that day. What mattered was that they worked overnight so we could open in the morning. That was their suggestion, not mine. The paperwork for the claim was thorough and nobody queried a line of it.

Had water coming in the basement after all that rain and called around for a few quotes. The company I found in McHenry really explained what they'd do before touching anything which helped. They ran fans for a couple days and kept coming back to check the moisture readings until things were dry.

Washing machine supply line let go while we were away for the weekend. Came home to standing water in two rooms of the finished basement and drywall already puffing up at the bottom. Called Complete Care that night, crew rolled in the next morning with a truck packed full of gear. They ran a moisture meter along the walls and showed us how high the water had climbed and how far it had crept under the carpet into the subfloor.
