Ordered a loafing shed which is tax exempt. Got a call from Glenda saying that the company they sub out to will not allow the exemption. I would either have to pay the tax or could have a refund. I have an email from Glenda saying the refund check was being mailed that day. I purchased from a different company. I received an email today from Melissa Boyd saying they would not allow the refund and they are keeping my money since they found another sub to honor the tax exemption. Melissa, Wayne, and Ian made this storage building purchase so easy, and stress free. I found their building prices, and free delivery (within 30 miles) to be better than their competitors. Customer service, and selling quality metal buildings appears to be their number one priority. I would recommend CCR to my friends, and family.
Melissa in the front office is very knowledgeable about her buildings. She provided great suggestions when designing our building and was very easy to work with and get ahold of.
The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions immediately. When the crew arrived to install the building it was extremely hot, but they worked non stop and completed the build in a day and a half. They made many adjustments to the rollup door to make sure it was easy for me to use.
