Called to schedule an appointment to make sure my lungs were healthy. Instead, I got a lesson in obstacle courses: “You need a physician’s referral.” Translation: “Come back after you’ve already seen someone else.” For a business that exists to see patients, they sure seemed committed to not taking one. I guess my lungs will have to keep wondering.
Dr. Clarke is knowledgeable and he makes no judgements. He knows my history and understands my situation.
Everyone was pleasant and friendly and the person preforming my test was positive and competent and encouraging.
Exam was on time with minimal waiting in the reception area. Exam was thorough and timely. All my questions were addressed with satisfactory responses. A normal follow exam was scheduled to check my healing progress.
