If I could less than 1 star I would. The staff are rude when calling and once the work is done, they do not return calls if there are any questions or concerns. I had to call another gate repair company.

My gate controller and motor were over ten years old and needed replacing and updating. . I had specific needs that the new install would communicate with the LIftMaster myQ app and also Alexa. The equipment had a CCOI sticker on them and they were also recommended by my builder. Long story short - multiple emails, texts, phone calls later I never got to speak to anyone other than a phone lady who just wanted to sell me a standard package.
