I was referred to CCNY Tech as I was looking for a processor to troubleshoot a system. When I called, they were very helpful and knowledgeable, and extremely kind. They told me to come by and they would try and help. When I arrived, I was greeted and shown in. The facility is amazing, and all three gentlemen I spoke with were amazing. I want to thank CCNY Tech for such amazing service and the help they provided in our school. They worked together as a team, they were very professional and made sure to get all that we asked for done in a timely manner. Now we can start the new school year in peace and not have to worry about old tech sitting there and taking up space. The service was flawless and I would recommend them to anyone. Resul has done a number of jobs for our company over the years. He's done everything from install servers in our datacenter, performed repairs, given advice, and everything in between. Every time he has been on time, efficient, responsive, and trustworthy. We value him and the team at CCNY Tech v much.
