The staff is friendly and helpful at the downtown Conway location where I went. They have free checking and savings accounts available and special perks for senior citizens, but like most brick and mortar banks, the interest rates are basically nonexistent. Online banks are better for that reason only. If you want great service setting up accounts, ask for Kris (she's amazing). There's not a lot of parking near the door, but they do offer a drive-thru window.
Everyone here is always very helpful and friendly. A fantastic local bank!
