I had such an excellent experience here. Miriam was my ultrasound technician and she was excellent. I have extreme medical anxiety and some mobility issues, and Miriam was both patient and kind as she helped me navigate things. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and modern. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. There is lots of paid parking and the building is very accessible. Will definitely return here again when I need my next ultrasound or xray.

I was referred here for imaging following an injury. The imaging appointment itself went well, and one of the receptionists was lovely, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist answering the phone was very different. I called the day before my appointment with a question and found her extremely abrupt and dismissive. After waiting over 2 months for this ultrasound appointment and traveling more than an hour to get there, I arrived 5-8 minutes late due to an unexpected Highway 401 accident that delayed the TTC. When I arrived, the technician had already left and my appointment was cancelled. I have never seen any medical facility being this impatient or any professional service—that doesn't offer at small grace period for appointments.
