I honestly don’t see how this company is still open and I’m shocked that they have 2.0 stars! It should be ZERO! They are the worst and it’s extremely hard to get one of them on the phone for a simple request. Again, how are these guys still open?!?!
If I could give zero stars I would . Firstly THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
This company will not save your company money. The adjustors will draw out claims and ultimately cost you more money. Additionally, they will refer your claimant to unnecessary or altogether incorrect specialists costing additional money unnecessarily. You'd be better off using an internal adjustor if you can afford it. This is perhaps the worst waste of money you can make.
Chelsea Platte you are nasty rude and have no business working with the public. Get this girl some customer service training ASAP!
