Great people, really helped me when hurt at work.
My wife's physical therapy for a workplace injury was denied by these people because she had the audacity to take a vacation in which we got married and not inform this company. She then had to go above her adjuster's head and speak to her supervisor to get her to call the doctor she was supposed to see and was unable to for a month because the adjuster refused to call and contact the office. If you are ever have a workplace injury requiring workmen's compensation help in New Mexico pray that CCSMI is not your adjustor. My current doctor is leaving and getting any help for the transfer has been a nightmare. My adjustor never answers her phone or is out of the office. After numerous phone calls and messages left she finally left me message on my phone directing me to another doctor.
