I received a call 6/14 at 4:31pm to notify me of my accommodation with them that AC issue and would have to cancel. Office manager knew at 11am that day but didn’t bother to call until 4:31pm. had 1 day to figure out where I was staying with my grandchildren planned vacation and when asking the office manager said she could not help since all their sister partners on Port A ( CCMS, look it up) were full.
