Scheduled to have surgery that should normally be about 30 minute to do but the condition was more intrusive. Dr Michener took the extra time about 3 hours to insure I received the best care. Thank you
Did not take my problem seriously. I called numerous times in pain with kidney stones and even provided scan and X-Rays to his office. I only received calls back from his nurse practitioner. After months of pain and numerous calls to them I finally got some pain meds to help and then no further help till they decided to do their job that they are being paid to do. Def will not recommend based on the initial contact of his staff manager Jan Griffith. She was completely snippy and rude when inquiring about a referral. She would not allow me to finish a sentence before rudely cutting me off. Her attitude and customer service cost the provider a new patient consult.
