Absolutely the worst in Nevada. This company has an office in Las Vegas that handles our community called Mountain Falls. The community, has really been going downhill since they took over about a year ago; they literally do nothing but collect fees. You can call or email the association manager Crystal literally for weeks without getting a response. Why is it that we pay $100 a month in HOA fees and there are weeds this big growing on the common sidewalks after a year of this community being built? Why are these playground structures incomplete and there are these dead plants on the walkways? What do we pay you for? It’s been a year and not much has changed
