Shane was an amazing and extremely helpful salesman and puts his customers first, all staff at Indian are the friendliest people around and genuinely care about the consumer. I highly recommend shopping at Indian!
Friendly low pressure staff
The main reason I purchased my new motorcycle from Indian Motorcycles of NKY (I reside in Florida & purchase remotely) was because of the professional service from the sales guy, Shane. From my 1st request for info through the final sale, Shane was invaluable, knowledgeable and experienced.
Great store with customer service that makes you feel actually appreciated and not just a number. This store has done it again. They could have charged me a lot more money for repairs and new parts but instead were very honest and gave me different choices and options so I didn’t feel strong armed. Once again this store keeps me as a very happy customer. Thank you
