Showroom is gorgeous and so are the bikes. Indians and Royal Enfields are beautiful bikes, no two are exactly alike. It's a nice change from a typical Honda or Kawasaki dealer. That said, thier price shows it - definitely one of the more expensive shops around. Took two stars off because of inconvenience... Prices aren't posted anywhere, and if you ask a salesperson they'll send you to a kiosk with a computer or tell you to use your phone and check thier site.... I could do that at home. If you have a trade go elsewhere, they are not interested. Offered me half of KBB value and took a day to get back to me on an appraisal. Poor communication and no interest in earning new business.

Took my 2017 slingshot in for 10,000 mile service.Plus brake light was on.They said be little over 600 for the total service.I was good hands down.I had to call multiple times because they didn’t look at the brake light that was coming on.I had to tell them drive it and will comes on.So they finally did and came on .Said it was a brake pressure switch and had a bulletin and recall on it.They said it was expired so I had to pay for it.I bought it from them 2 years ago.You think they would alert customers of any safety issues ... read more
