Employee there was fast and professional rekeyed my tow dolly hinge lock in less than twenty minutes on the spot in the parking lot and left with a few spare keys in less than half a hour
If I could give them 0 stars I would!! I call them told them I was in downtown they told me a price and time which I was fine with but then they just hung the phone up on me, real unprofessional
This company obviously doesn’t like making money, how do I call them, they give me a quote and I’m willing to pay more but they hang up on me, employees are lazy and really unreliable wouldn’t recommend
Advertises itself as a 24/7 business, but does not answer the phone in emergency situations.
Lock Doc was great... Brought in my own FOB and 15 min's later I was good to go at a good price compared to the car dealership... Thanks... 👍
