They were rude and disrespectful. Will not go back. The waiting area was under construction and glass all over the floor and when I waited and went through the whole process then I get told they couldn't feel my vein and left for lunch and told me to come back after!?!?

Came at 10:20am on a Monday, so no one else was there which was 👍. Got the rapid results by e-mail 30 minutes later. Emanuel was professional, friendly, and explained the process for both tests (rapid and PCR) very clearly. And wasn't annoyed when we couldn't retain more than one step at a time and had to keep asking what to do next hahaha. I'll definitely come back to this location next time I need to get tested.
