AVOID!! There sales team have no idea what they are doing or selling multiple attempts to send the correct product leaving us with a system that did not work and often taking days/weeks to reply in the end we went elsewhere to recitfy the issue leaving us with a 3k bill! No aftersales no care they just want to get a sale whether its correct or not There are far better more reliable companies to use dont use this one
Extremely frustrating customer service. Keep getting told to write emails that are not being read. Can not speak to anyone technical and constantly being fobbed off.
I tried to set up an account 1 year ago. Their sales team is not interested in helping me at all. I sent them the first email but haven't gotten anything back. Then, I complained, no response. Then after my 4th email, somebody configured my account but no prices are visible and there is an error message on the dashboard to contact the sales team as my account is not working. I contacted the sales team another 4 times and no response. Thank you, I will order from another company who is a little bit more interested in selling ... read more
