I had the “pleasure” of calling this office to see if I could get an EKG since I was a patient of CCHC in New Bern. The lady checked her computer for my name and DOB. Then, near the end of the conversation, I confirmed that I could not get an EKG, and the lady got snippy with me.
Changes to office practices has broken the care and compassion given by drs and staff here. You are no longer listened to nor heard. I had loved it here for the past 5 years until a recent health crisis was swept under the anxiety carpet. If you advocate you will be kicked to the curb left on your own to find a new pcp by the unprofessional office manager Rachel who now dictates everything and notes your file so no other location in New Bern accepts you even if they are accepting new patients (which if I was off the street t... read more
Absolutely horrible place. You can NEVER get in to see a Doctor unless you have a Certain last name or are family/friends of the staff that works there.
