Office team and nurses were great.....I'll leave it at that..
This practice does not care about your personal health information. About six months ago we started receiving epic my chart notifications for a new patient of theirs. Their new patient, let’s call him John Doe, registered his account with an incorrect email of johndoe@gmail.com. Well that’s not his email. So I reached out to them just like the notice of confidentiality says to do at the bottom. It’s very easy to figure out what patient has the incorrect information in their MyChart. Dtr office. Seems like the TV is always working on the left side of the (office) waiting area and not on the right side. 🫣 Wait time is usually 15 minutes after you arrive... sometimes 😉 Clean, comfortable areas with unisex bathrooms. Plenty of hand sanitizers but I didn't see any masks? Oh, and plenty of parking...
I would give this establishment no stars if I could. They will treat you like a number. Your appointments they send out don’t happen, so don’t expect any calls from the treatments they claim they are setting you up for. It’s a shame and it’s disgusting an establishment like this is able to continue. I’ve tried for 2 doctors now and am not impressed in the least. Drive a little further and find a doctor who will actually care.
