The worst medical facility I have ever dealt with. First, they insisted that my insurance wouldn’t cover my visit and said that they didn’t want to give me an appointment. When I told them that I had checked with my insurance company and that it was covered they said “we don’t know if we believe you.” I finally did get my scan, but it’s a week later and their doctor still hasn’t read it and sent to my doctor. They are the WORSE! If you go there, prepare to be immensely frustrated!
Went in with my sister they said I couldn’t do it so when I asked why they explained and I said ok. Then the other girl proceeded to budge in and catch an attitude when I was otp with my mom.
I took my mother Eleanor Savage for an appointment at 9:55 on October 7th 2025. When the appointment was over and I helped her into my vehicle, she could not stop raving about the care she received from a young lady named Sarah. I only know her last initial as H. She said for as long as she has been coming to appointments around New Bern she had never received care that was as compassionate, kind, and gentle as the treatment she received from Sarah. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. Her son Ken Savage.
