I took my mother Eleanor Savage for an appointment at 9:55 on October 7th 2025. When the appointment was over and I helped her into my vehicle, she could not stop raving about the care she received from a young lady named Sarah. I only know her last initial as H. She said for as long as she has been coming to appointments around New Bern she had never received care that was as compassionate, kind, and gentle as the treatment she received from Sarah. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. Her son Ken Savage.

Called today to change an appt they “conveniently” made for me without my knowledge and mailed me with the date and time which would not work for me. I was ungreeted by Emily who acted like I clearly interrupted her day. Short, snippy and cold is not the person that should be answering the phone. Not a single ounce of customer service in that one. The front office girl were very disrespectful and concerned about their Patient. They lack respect and understanding No to mention one of the girls needs to stop rolling her eyes patient at the window. They are the first base that we see and the very first impression we get. Very Immature.
Appt was a couple of weeks ago. Staff is polite. Parking is easy. No wait. Tried to call today to speak to someone or get information on how to address a couple of concerns. Was told that I would need to talk with my referring physician. PCP had already expressed confusion about the second item which is more important.
