Had an emergency this morning and I called cch mechanical to see if they can help. Turned out my furnace was so old that it needed to be replaced. They had a new furnace at my house within 2 hours and installed it. They guys were great and easy to talk to.

Great company to do business with. They were great from start to finish. They came out super fast to repair my boiler. The best part was they had the part on the truck so they made the repair the same day.
CCH was very friendly initially, came to my brownstone during the deep NYC freeze in early Feb. Once they analyzed the system, they provided their recommendation on how to correct the system. All good so far. My issue really began when I tried to get an estimate and start date for the work. Its been over 30 days of calling / emailing / texting with no response to what the estimate would be for the work on replacing our thermostats.
