My experience with CCH dental clinic has been fun. The staff has always been kind and courteous.
The dental hygienists here are awesome! Sometimes the front desk ladies are extremely rude and negative, however if you're coming in early and you're patient you eventually get seen. The dentists here are honestly really amazing
I would like to begin by saying that this a government clinic that has always allowed students to to shadow hygienists. That being said I am extremely disappointed that it took them a week to inform me that they do not allow observations. Nothing on their website mentions that nor indicated in writing. I was rudely asked to leave a name and number and never received a call back. Institutions like this are meant to help students in their career path.
