I have done a lot of business from C2 vehicles and I hate to say it but they have become terrible. I’ve bought 6 golf carts from them for my business and they were good at first then out of the blue started to have horrible customer service. I ordered my last two carts from the factory and paid for the led light package which is about 250 dollars per cart. Todd is the MAN! Our cart is critical to our operation, and being down would cost thousands per/hr. Todd answered the phone, put hands on parts and helped us organize pickup. Once flown back to the site in a helicopter, we were up and running in minutes!!! Thank you again!
Todd was a HUGE life saver. We needed a part for our 1999 club car to keep my business running, he had the part in our hands within 20 minutes and saved us literally thousands of dollars. We Had some follow up questions after hours and he answered everything. 10/10 this man rocks!

UPDATED: Justin, one of the owners, contacted me to discuss the issues, and after our discussion, he sent a repairman over the same hour. The tech was wonderful, fixed the issue within 15 minutes and stayed to make sure to walk me through winterizing tips. THIS is the kind of service from a business that will keep you coming back. Instead of one star for the issues I had to deal with, I felt 4-4.5 stars was justified by Justin's above-and-beyond response.
