Set up rental 1 week in advance, showed up to find out I wasn't even on the schedule, 30 yrs in construction never had a rental place say" sorry mistakes happen". My client I'm sure will be satisfied with that answer.
Chris C in service is an outstanding person. He made the effort in helping us with our EZ38. Our local Wacker Neuson in Florida did not help at all and communication being the worst.
Highly recommended, amazing customer service, We thank you Chris for setting everything up, the rental heavy equipment worked perfectly and did a great job.
