Wife wasnt to sure about this company's credentials after seeing this was run from home business in a neighborhood and couldn't find any real certifications .Took our car to the dealer,at least there licensed,insured & has the ASE training.Im sorry that you feel this was fraud ,but it wasnt! I was trying to see if your just a backyard mechanic or your insured incase you screw our car up after seeing the last negative review you had guy is back yard mechanic.
Didn't realize how fast my battery was dying. Advance wouldn't help and suggested I go to a shop in the morning, but it wouldn't even accept a jump the next morning. Mitch came by the same day, handled both the battery replacement and reprogramming, and was extremely nice and communicative the whole time.
Mitch came and helped me fix my truck today. He was generous kind and a all around great person. His work was also amazing. He completed the repair quickly. Thank you mitch! Will be coming back to you in the future.
