I was in a stressful situation and Randolph really showed up for me. Took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step and made sure I was good before getting off the phone. Super patient, honest, and genuinely cares. It’s clear he cares about people and clients, not just business. As a woman, that level of trust and respect goes a long way. Highly recommend!!
Mitch is terrific. I had him come out and look over my new (used) car for any problems before the warranty period expired and he found several things that were worth getting repaired. He is very thorough and pleasant.

Wife wasnt to sure about this company's credentials after seeing this was run from home business in a neighborhood and couldn't find any real certifications .Took our car to the dealer,at least there licensed,insured & has the ASE training.Im sorry that you feel this was fraud ,but it wasnt! I was trying to see if your just a backyard mechanic or your insured incase you screw our car up after seeing the last negative review you had guy is back yard mechanic.And not even a mechanic!!
