Long review but please read!!!! I had a headlight go out while traveling for work & I know what you're gonna say it's just a headlight- NO!!!!! it's a Jeep Cherokee, the headlights are buried halfway down in the front of the motor. I found Mitch from a Google search. I bought the light bulb from autozone, Mitch came to my hotel to replace the bulb only for us to realize this auto parts store sold me the wrong part, after he dismantled the back of the light & it was 30 degrees! Wife wasnt to sure about this company's credentials after seeing this was run from home business in a neighborhood and couldn't find any real certifications .Took our car to the dealer,at least there licensed,insured & has the ASE training.Im sorry that you feel this was fraud ,but it wasnt! I was trying to see if your just a backyard mechanic or your insured incase you screw our car up after seeing the last negative review you had guy is back yard mechanic.
Didn't realize how fast my battery was dying. Advance wouldn't help and suggested I go to a shop in the morning, but it wouldn't even accept a jump the next morning. Mitch came by the same day, handled both the battery replacement and reprogramming, and was extremely nice and communicative the whole time.
