I have gone to Chelsea for some time now. She has always been up front with treatments and communicated certain precautions when I want a certain service but she advises otherwise. Chelsea knows best. She will even change the music if you're not feeling it. She wants to make sure you are comfortable. She is a professional, with years of experience, I trust her and her recommendations. Her up front pricing, info on deposits, and policies allow full disclosures before booking. BRIDES: beware. Do not confuse premium pricing with premium service. My bridal glam trial was deeply disappointing. I brought inspiration photos and clearly communicated the look I wanted, yet there was almost no real consultation - only a couple of questions, no meaningful check-ins, and no effort to ensure we were aligned as the service progressed. Chelsea was so kind and moved her schedule around to accommodate us as we had very little time planning my son's wedding. She did a lovely job styling my daughter in law and myself and she was really fun to talk to. Highly reccomend!
