I have gone to Chelsea for some time now. She has always been up front with treatments and communicated certain precautions when I want a certain service but she advises otherwise. Chelsea knows best. She will even change the music if you're not feeling it. She wants to make sure you are comfortable. BRIDES: beware. Do not confuse premium pricing with premium service. My bridal glam trial was deeply disappointing. I brought inspiration photos and clearly communicated the look I wanted, yet there was almost no real consultation - only a couple of questions, no meaningful check-ins, and no effort to ensure we were aligned as the service progressed.
