per Vanessa, "clinic is closed down", Temecula is the closest.
Waiting for the office to call back and provide the medical record that we have requested. Due to the office closing randomly. No calls nothing. Waiting to hear back or going to sue. Completely inexcusable.
The worst office.. no communication… Danielle in with the authorization department has no consideration for the patient’s health. She does things at her pace..
The upstairs nurses are wonderful. Unfortunately I can no longer state the positive about this clinic. They have abandoned their patients and in the middle of treatment. Apparently one of their providers has left. So? They have left it to us the patients to seek out new treatment. I cant even get one on the phone. So cancer care, will you fix this?
