I’ve been coming to this dental office for several years with no issues. I was concerned about a tooth and wanted to get it looked at. They booked me an appoint super quick which I appreciated very much. The dentist seemed very annoyed like I had wasted his time. Very unprofessional. Very friendly, helpful, prompt, and takes their time to answer questions and get everything done right. Very clean place, dental assistant and front desk. I had an appointment scheduled within 48 hours, and followup in 2 weeks. A much needed support for those who need it. (I went to their dental clinic)
Kimberly s. is probably the worst doctor i've seen, she thinks she can just go and prescribe and diagnose anything she pleases even though she's only ur standard doctor, she must believe she's an expert in every field.
I have been coming to CCAP Coventry (medical) for over 10 years, and I have never had a bad experience. I was excited when the dental office opened upstairs from the Dr's office. The dental office is as good as the medical office. Professional, clean, friendly, and rarely have a long wait to see anyone. I recommend CCAP to anyone I speak with about medical/dental. Keep up the good work CCAP!!!! You are appreciated by those you serve ❤️
If you want a doctor that googles everything and doesn't help with your actual issue than this is the place. Misdiagnosed me and it caused a serious problem in my life that I think I'll never truly recover from. Absolutely appalling, horrible experience; And not just me, I've spoken to many people here who have had Kimberly S. as a doctor here at this Coventry location. Do not go here.
