CCA Restoration helped me repair my home following a failed sump pump incident. I am a first time homeowner and having a water mitigation claim was really scary. They were professional, friendly, and I felt fully supported through the process. CCA Restoration was a great company to work with. They communicate well and proactively. Their work was super impressive and they were very professional. This is the type of company that goes the extra mile and pays attention to detail which is not always something you get from companies these days. They even noticed we had a dog and asked us to keep our dog away from a particular area until they could ensure it was cleared of debris after the job. I would highly recommend this company.

CCA RESTORATION This company is not a legitimate restoration company. I strongly advise against working with them because they haven’t fulfilled their commitments. It’s nearly impossible to reach the project manager. Over four weeks ago, I called the office to try to contact the owner, but I haven’t heard back from them either. It seems like this company doesn’t want my business. Fortunately, I haven’t given them any money yet.

CCA Restoration did an excellent job repairing our 2nd floor shower leak and resulting drywall damage. Communication from Joe was great from day one. I highly recommend Derek and his team for the actual work. They took their time to do the job right. They are most appreciated. Thank you!

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They sub contract you out to other companies. The work was sub standard. Communication was none. Looking for any contractor go elsewhere.
