Worst insurance company ever, my mother’s going on 2 months with no pca all because her case manger is to lazy to send a pre authorization letter that’s been approved already!
No one listens you tell him call me in the afternoon and they literally call you in the morning when you're about to walk into your appointment they're stupid and I will never update my plan until I get someone smart enough to understand when someone says call in the afternoon and I have appointments in the morning to call in the afternoon
This entire insurance is basically fraud. No doctors take this insurance. Seriously. Good luck finding one. The website is a liar.

They sent a letter expressing their need to speak with me. They make it seem urgent and yet you can CLEARLY SEE on this document they did NOT even give a contact name or a department. This is disturbing to someone like me with my conditions, you know, the reason I even am connected to this place. I don't have one single missed phone call from this place yet they send me concerning documents without clear information. I find this disappointing at best.
