If you want to be ignored then this is the company for you. If you want to be treated like a you do not matter then this is the company for you. If you want a horrible customer experience then this is the company for you.If you want to be respected and treated like a valuable customer then flee quickly as you will not receive it from this company.
We've had the pleasure of working with CCA Global for the last 2-3 years and it's always a pleasure. They do a great job helping small businesses/family-owned businesses lower their buying costs and also provide access to things like national advertising. Can't say enough positive things about them!

Doing business with this company is the equivalent of throwing money away where the only hope of getting it back is through a lawyer! We placed a large order earlier this year with Howard L***** of the Flooring America Mill Store and once our check was cashed we stopped hearing back! Flooring America corporate and CCA Global Partners has been of no use, and is completely ignoring us as well. Howard L*****, Lakeesha H*****, Nancy T*******, and Brian M*****, where is our money???
