I'm surprised by previous reviews! I found CCA Cleaning Solutions through Groupon Dec. 2016. They came in a timely manner, we neat, polite and very professional. I believe the technition was a veteran, and he did a phenomenal job. My microfiber couch was destroyed by kids, and he got every single spot out, it was like brand new. I also had an area rug cleaned. Everything was clean and smelled great, I even got a voucher for a free cleaning of a portion of my sectional! TERRIBLE....My carpets are dirtier now than before they came.
Great company! They showed up an hour earlier than expected which was perfect for us. Our carpet looked brand new.
It sucks to write this review when the carpet cleaners who came to my home were actually nice. The issue is the supervisor. I purchased a package that included a free carpet cleaning months ago just to be charged for my cleaning anyway. When I advised the rep that I had purchased the package he advised that he would be charging a 3rd floor cleaning fee which just so happens to be the SAME price as a basic carpet clean.
