You’re really going to copyright claim other people’s videos that they posted enjoying YOUR elves that THEY bought?? Bad look for you guys! As soon as I heard about this a year or so ago, I threw mine out and got a Walmart brand one since.. you know.. they won’t try to copyright claim their customer’s elves.
Shame on This company. I’ve always loved the tradition and thought it was all about creativity and family fun. But now the company is going after people for sharing photos of their elves? Seriously? Families and small creators have kept this brand alive for years by posting funny, cute, and heartwarming pictures — free advertising that made it what it is today. They made me remove a marketplace post that had nothing to do with their business. I don’t even live in the same country as their operations. Talk about insecure
Reported posts on our Facebook and Instagram dating years back where no elves were pictured and the “elf of the shelf” verbiage was not used. We create custom hot air balloon deliveries for families in our local area to create magical Christmas memories when their elves arrive each year.
