Good service
One year later and we're still excited about our new kitchen. There is absolutely nothing about the design or materials that we would have changed. Charlie and Cheryl helped steer us in the right direction in choosing the materials and design. We are so glad we took their advice, something that is invaluable when tackling a project like this for the first time. We get ooohs and aahs, from all our friends when they walk into our beautiful new kitchen.
Charlie and his team were incredible. The kitchen is beautiful and we are very happy. From design to install it was a great experience. They truly listen to your needs and give you plenty of options. We had 4 estimates but chose this company because I felt very comfortable with the company, they are very knowledgeable, great value, and have great attention for detail.
Wish I could give less than one star. Charlie gave me a verbal quote to redo my bathroom, then doubled it once I said I'd move forward. Sent their subs out to meet with me, had a path forward established and then sent me a quick text saying they could "no longer do the job." When I reacted negatively with surprise and wanted more of an explanation the owner, Charlie, sent me one of the nastiest messages I think I've ever received.
