So my mom and I had appointments, one appointment was at 2:45 pm , I called and notified I'll be a little late she says fine.We got there at 2:58 . She told use we were to late and called another gentleman in the room. So you tell me the eye exam is only 10 minutes. What is it really
Went there to get new glasses and it didn't disappoint, the glasses I got even tho we're covered by my insurance were really good quality and the people there were super nice! Will continue to keep coming here for my next check ups!
The optical store has great customer service very pleasant atmosphere with great selections the staff is outstanding love this place.
Worst customer service ever. Just called to cancel my son appointment since he woke up sick. Online it says open at 9 couldn’t even get thru the phone til 9:40 saying phone is busy to try again. Finally able to get ahold of them. To them saying it was a no show no call. That $25 will be on my next visit. Mind you their phone line was busy at 9 and I couldn’t get ahold of them til 9:40. Worst customer ever. I’ll take my son else where. Be careful guys
