From the minute you pull up to the shop to when you get your vehicle back. 7/2/25: A correction was made on the a/c system and it is cooling better than before, I hope the system will be able to operate at a tolerable level, the warranty expires in may of '26. Thank you James and your crew for taking the time to get the system to a comfortable operational condition. Update: 6/30/25:the Jeep is back in shop. James will have the guys work on correcting the poor performance of this a/c system... I will update the results. Was up front about my need of a 100% working a/c & heat system in my 2001 jeep grand cherokee, long story short, I over paid for an a/c system that gets down to 77 degrees at best (being very generous) and James wanted another $1200 to replace the blend door that was supposed to have been replaced to start with. For $3800, I'm still going to need to replace the a/c compressor, not... read more
