They sent me the ATLA of a different home sale by mistake during the process. Then, after closing, they gave me a folder with physical copies of some documents. I looked through the folder afterward to find a printed email of a conversation that they had with a completely different client. This email contains the client's email address, realtor's email address, client's fullname + Date of Birth + social security, and the address of the home they trying to purchase.
