Called to check on my shirt that was supposed to be getting monogrammed after nearly 6 months. I had forgotten about it because I had 2 of the same shirt 1 of which was already monogrammed. I had never received a phone call so figured let me call. The manager tells me she needs to find it and will call me back the same day.
