My landlord had C&C Steamway come over and clean the carpets. I think they could have gone heavier with the chemicals- it still smells like wet dog a bit. And I thought the professionals could use some special peroxide or something to destroy pet smells on contact? I'll maybe try baking soda then vinegar again. Anyways the corresponding auto detailing shop did great on my truck! (Also hard to get a hold of on the phone via this number)

Over the span of months, I'd leave phone messages during business hours. I had to call repeatedly just to get someone on the phone. Hostile attitude while talking on the phone. No help getting answers and would not transfer me to who I needed to talk to. Finally hung up on me during conversation.
