The car detail was nice, my car came back very clean. However, they broke off a plastic cover from where my seat attaches to my car. I called immediately asking if they had the plastic piece they knocked off so that I could put it back. They claimed they did not have the piece so my assumption is it was thrown away. Pretty inconvenient, I won’t be a returning customer.

240$ for sloppy work. Yes it looked cleaner but not 240$ cleaner. I was expecting it to look like a car from a dealer ship. So much was missed. I could’ve cleaned it myself and gotten the same result. Don’t waste your money.
Looks rushed and many spots missed. I asked if they got the mascara above the driver side and they checked and said yes but doesn’t look like they even tried :/ I need to sell this car and I’m sad it’s definitely not up to standard.
