Brought in my 2025 CFmoto 950 sport-4 for a brake failure issue that i have owned for 6 months. Worked with them and the CFmoto Customer Service to get repaired. CFmoto stated was emergency brake use that caused failure. C&C service was inconvenienced by having to timely submit photos to CFMoto Warranty team and provided the bare minimum to CFMOTO for resolution. Got a new used razor from there, runs great and helped me out with the financial part and very friendly people
Brought my bike in to get an issue looked at under warranty. After having my bike for 2 weeks with zero communication besides for me having to call them, they couldn’t recreate the issue so they had me pick my bike up. They still charged me $140.
