Came in to look at a 2017 Harley. Was told we couldn't test ride it until we had signed purchase papers and had insurance on it. Not about to sign for a $14,900 bike without being able to test ride. No thanks - moving on to a dealership that knows how to sell bikes and handle customers. In response to the owner....we are from Burton, MI. I was shopping around for a new bike and I put an inquiry about a ktm duke. Garrett called me and was with me the entire process. Dude was very patient and he even stayed over because I had over an 2 hour drive and got there right when they were closing. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Called the parts department with a question regarding a front break lever and the second I asked the question without saying anything the lady on the phone slams the phone down and hangs, up very unprofessional at the least she could've said they don't have the part seems like someone who really dislikes there position in the company
Nate was the best! Very knowledgeable and very nice. I would highly recommend buying your new toy from these guys!
